How to Order Agarwood and Oud Oil Samples

Send your name, email, chosen product and destination with your sample enquiry. We can quote a 10 g agarwood chip test sample or a 1 g oud oil test sample. These are evaluation quantities; wholesale minimum orders are confirmed separately for the selected product and lot.

We send an offer before you proceed. Samples are paid before preparation, with around seven days of preparation lead time. Your offer confirms the expected dispatch date. The time needed for shipping comes afterwards and depends on the agreed arrangements and destination.

Prices are generally ex warehouse in Indonesia. We can help obtain logistics costs, which are quoted separately. For oud oil, review the relevant laboratory report alongside the product details. Once the sample has been evaluated, discuss the wholesale quantity, availability and delivery arrangements with us.
