At origin in West Java

We visit the farms and processing work behind the sample.

These photographs were taken during an origin visit to a working coffee producer and processing site. They document cherries, drying, green-bean handling, storage and the physical route behind the offer.

The farmer reports experience supplying major international coffee buyers, including Starbucks and Nescafé. That background does not imply those brands endorse or partner with Cakglo; every Cakglo order is still approved on its own sample, specification and shipment documents.

Buyer questions

Frequently asked questions.

Short answers to the practical questions buyers ask before requesting a lot or sample.

Can Cakglo send urgent Arabica or Robusta samples?

Yes. We keep Arabica and Robusta sample options and freshly roasted coffee at our Bandung workshop for urgent requests. Dispatch timing depends on the selected lot, courier service and destination import rules.

Do you supply green and roasted Indonesian coffee?

Yes. We supply green coffee for importers and roasters, freshly roasted whole-bean or ground coffee, and private-label formats subject to confirmed specifications.

Which Indonesian coffee origins are available?

Availability can include West and East Java, Sumatra and Gayo, Sulawesi and Toraja, Bali Kintamani, Flores and other Indonesian origins. Exact lots depend on harvest and current stock.

What is the minimum wholesale coffee order?

Selected Arabica programmes can begin from five 50 kg bags, or 250 kg. Robusta and commercial programmes are commonly arranged at larger or container volumes. The quotation confirms the MOQ for the selected lot.

Which documents can accompany an Indonesian coffee shipment?

Depending on destination and contract, the shipment file can include commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin or ICO documentation, SPEK or ETK registration evidence, phytosanitary documents, lot specifications and inspection or analysis records.

Can the approved sample be matched to the shipped coffee?

The approved sample and written specification become the commercial reference. Pre-shipment checks can compare origin, process, grade, moisture, defects, packaging and other agreed criteria before release.

Which Indonesian coffee origins can you supply?

Our core lots come from Java — Pangalengan, Manglayang, Temanggung, Wonosalam — and Sulawesi Toraja; see the labelled packets in our coffee gallery. Sumatra Gayo and Flores Bajawa arabica are sourced on request through our origin network. As an Indonesian coffee exporter we ship green coffee wholesale — Arabica and Robusta — with lot-specific QC before loading.
