What is the minimum order quantity?
Green coffee: 250kg (Arabica), 18-19 MT container loads (Robusta). Vanilla / Cacao / Herbals: typically 25-100kg minimums depending on product. Roasted coffee and packaged goods: flexible. Contact us for specifics.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes — we ship sample roasts and product samples so you can evaluate quality. Samples are not free; we'll quote pricing with shipping. Typical turnaround is 5-7 business days from Bandung or London.
What are your shipping options and timelines?
Sea freight: 20-30 days. Air freight: 5-7 days. Consolidation services available. 7-14 days standard delivery to USA and Europe. Full tracking and container supervision included.
What payment terms do you offer?
Bank transfer, Letter of Credit (LC), Stripe and PayPal for smaller orders. Standard terms: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment with proof of packed goods. Trade credit available for established partners.
How long does delivery take?
Order processing 3-5 business days. Then add transit: 7-14 days to USA/Europe by sea, 5-7 days by air. Rush orders accommodated with expedited handling fees.
Do you provide certifications?
Yes. HACCP certified through December 2028. SPEK/ETK registered exporter. COO, ICO, and Phytosanitary certificates per shipment. Organic, Fair Trade and Rainforest Alliance available on request.
