Natural Agarwood, Oud Oil and Sana’i: What’s the Difference?
Understand the three product types and the questions worth asking before you compare offers.
Look beyond a region’s name and review the specific product, lot and sample offered.

Kalimantan and Sumatra lead our Indonesian agarwood sourcing. A regional name is a useful starting point, but it is not a specification by itself. Buyers should ask what product is available, which lot is offered and what the photographs show.
Before comparing quotations, align the product type, chip size, quantity and destination. Ask for the available product details and discuss a paid sample when an initial evaluation would help. The chosen lot matters more than a broad promise attached to an origin name.
We can also discuss sourcing from Malaysia and Cambodia on request. Availability is confirmed with the offer. Whether you buy for the Middle East, Europe or the Americas, send us your requirements and delivery country so we can quote the product and discuss logistics separately.
