Buying Agarwood from Kalimantan and Sumatra

An enquiry is easier to answer when the product is clear. Agarwood chips, oud oil and Sana’i fragrance-infused wood serve different purchasing needs. Start by naming the type you want, the intended use and the quantity, rather than comparing products on price alone.
For natural chips, request the origin and details of the actual lot being offered. For oud oil, ask which sample or lot a laboratory report covers. A GC–MS profile describes an analysed sample; it should not be read as a universal certificate for every oil sold by the supplier.
Sana’i is wood treated with fragrance essence and should be described that way in the offer. We keep it separate from natural agarwood. If you want to evaluate a product first, request a paid 10 g chip sample or 1 g oud oil sample. We confirm the product and costs before preparation.
