Natural agarwood chips
Our main Indonesian origins are Kalimantan and Sumatra. Ask about the available lot, chip sizes and product details. Malaysia and Cambodia sourcing is also available on request.

Oud oil
Discuss the oil, available quantity and relevant laboratory report before ordering. A paid 1 g test sample is available for initial evaluation.

Sana’i fragrance-infused wood
Wood treated with fragrance essence. This is a separate product category from natural agarwood; the offer identifies the wood and scent treatment.
Clear information before you buy
We arrange laboratory testing for oud oil and share the relevant product information before you order. Review the offered origin, product type and lot alongside the report.

Oud oil lab report
The four-page Universitas Padjadjaran report dated 8 October 2026 records GC–MS profiling of the submitted oil sample. Reference: 311/LP-Unpad/HU/VI/2026; analysis: S-599/LS.AK 0265/2026. It is a sample-specific analytical report, not a blanket purity certificate for all our products.

Start with a paid test sample
Contact us with your chosen product and destination. We quote the paid sample and logistics separately before you proceed. Agarwood chips are offered as a 10 g test sample; oud oil as a 1 g test sample.
Allow around seven days for sample preparation after the offer and payment are confirmed. We confirm the expected dispatch date in your offer. Shipping time is additional.
Prices from Indonesia, logistics for your destination
Prices are generally quoted ex warehouse in Indonesia. We can help you obtain logistics costs for your destination. The quotation confirms the collection location, product, quantity and agreed delivery arrangements.
Wholesale minimum quantities are confirmed individually for the selected product and available lot. The 10 g chips and 1 g oil quantities are test samples, not wholesale minimum orders.
